OSCE is implementing the first training for the Youth Council of the Municipality of Suto Orizari

The OSCE Mission in Skopje, from the period of June 25, 2019 to June 27, 2019 provide the first training for the Youth Council of the Municipality of Suto Orizari.

On the training, were discussed several topics related to communication skills, conflict menagement and teamwork.

At the same time the members of youth councils have gained knowledge on how to plan possible steps to resolve conflicts, types of conflicts and their position, power and leadership in the process of youth participation.

The primary role of training is to help the youth council to understand better who they are and to define their role in the community.
